Position: Cantonese Language Specialist – L1 IT Support
Client: Leading MNC / Service-Based Company
Language: Cantonese (Native / Near-Native proficiency mandatory)

Duration: 6 Months Contract
Work Mode: Work From Home (Preferably based in India)
Shift: Hong Kong Timings
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Interview Mode: Online
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end L1 IT support to users
- Manage and track incidents via phone, email, chat, or portal
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity
- Support user account administration, password resets, onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain issue documentation and update knowledge repositories
- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
Candidate Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Cantonese proficiency (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Payment Terms
Payment will be processed within 30–45 days from receipt of invoice every month.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
