About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven hands-on experience in the Real Estate domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, an established network within the real estate sector, and the ability to generate business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new real estate clients, including builders, developers, construction companies, and channel partners.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and business forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience exclusively in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, property sales, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with real estate developers, builders, construction companies, or property consultants.
- Strong network within the real estate ecosystem.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Candidate must have worked directly in the Real Estate domain.

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
