We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and statements.
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
