We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, walk-ins, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regularly to maintain engagement.
- Update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets.
- Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
