- Handle customer queries through calls/chat/email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Follow company guidelines and process standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
- Maintain proper records of interactions and updates
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English
- Basic Computer Knowledge
