We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our night shift team. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, interacting with international clients, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Ability to work night shifts
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is a plus
