Job Summary
The Field Operations Executive will ensure timely and quality execution of rooftop solar projects, including site coordination, installation tracking, material movement, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site surveys, installations, and commissioning activities.
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and quality.
Coordinate with installers, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed at site.
Verify site readiness and report deviations or constraints.
Update daily progress and site status reports.
Act as the on-ground point of contact for customers during execution.
Support service and troubleshooting activities when required.
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in field conditions.
Basic technical understanding of rooftop solar systems.
Good communication with customers and vendors.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler (own vehicle required)
Valid two-wheeler driving licence
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
