Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Team Lead with strong expertise in link building and outreach. This role requires both hands-on execution and team leadership. You will be responsible for building high-quality backlinks, managing off-page SEO campaigns, mentoring team members, and improving client rankings and authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage link-building campaigns.
- Build backlinks through guest posts, outreach, HARO, forums, directories, and digital PR.
- Identify new backlink opportunities and outreach prospects.
- Monitor backlink quality and ensure compliance with Google's guidelines.
- Lead and mentor off-page SEO specialists.
- Track campaign performance and client SEO growth.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on off-page SEO and link-building experience.
- Proven experience in ranking websites through backlink acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with outreach tools such as Pitchbox, BuzzStream, or Mailshake.
- Understanding of Google's link quality guidelines and white-hat SEO practices.
- Previous team lead or mentoring experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
