This position is responsible for assisting the Community Development Department with special projects, research, and general department support.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively reaching out to colleges, universities, startups, and working professionals to enhance network outreach
- Diligently working on outreach through emails, phone calls, and messages
- Identifying new development channels for outreach
- Promoting the company and its products/services/initiatives
- Building relationships with the TGA (target group audience)
- Documenting all phone calls, meetings (in-person or virtual), and messages
- Engaging respectfully with community members and providing prompt responses to inquiries
- Providing end-to-end support during events through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering or any other relevant field
- Proficiency in English.
- Efficiency in planning and documentation.
