- Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repair schedules of all vehicles to prevent breakdowns.
- Route Optimization: Analyze and improve travel routes to reduce fuel consumption, transit time, and operational costs.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers possess valid licenses and that operations comply with regional transport laws, emission norms, and safety regulations.
- Dispatch & Tracking: Coordinate vehicle allocation and utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor real-time shipment status and handle delays.
- Vendor & Driver Management: Negotiate contracts with external transport providers, resolve disputes, and supervise internal driving staff.
