Aladinn Digital Solutions (ALDS) is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital advertising and data-driven marketing. If you have hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of campaign optimization, CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
