Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production supervisor or Incharge to oversee our freezer manufacturing and assembly operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
A production manager typically ensures smooth operations, maintains quality standards, and leads the production team to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production activities
- Supervise freezer assembly line operations
- Ensure product quality and production targets are met
- Manage manpower, machine utilization, and materials
- Monitor production schedules and reduce downtime
- Maintain safety standards and factory discipline
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments
- Improve productivity and reduce production costs
Production managers are responsible for planning schedules, maintaining quality, and ensuring cost-effective manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Experience in production planning and control
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3–8 years experience in manufacturing industry (preferably freezer / refrigeration / assembly line)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location : Malumichampatti, Coimbatore.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
