Job Summary
Hi Mac Casting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance support, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee joining documentation and personnel files.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Update and maintain HR databases and employee information systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee records.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Resolve attendance-related queries from employees.
Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate documentation for audits and inspections.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and celebrations.
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Performance & Training
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records.
- Track employee development initiatives.
General HR Support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning and HR support.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Fresh MBA HR graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
