About the Role
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Officer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for converting leads into long-term clients, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure, and building lasting relationships with clients and consultants across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Sales
- Identify and qualify leads sourced from digital marketing, telemarketing, referrals, consultants, and other channels
- Engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their business needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and requirement-analysis sessions to showcase ERP solutions effectively
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for acquired clients, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation
- Client & Consultant Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and business partners
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to identify upselling, cross-selling, and subscription opportunities
- Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals and new business leads
- Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Share client insights, challenges, and opportunities with internal teams
- Actively participate in sales and marketing meetings, contributing to strategy and planning
- Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team, sharing insights and ideas to improve campaign effectiveness
- Represent the company at sales and marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Suggest innovative sales and marketing strategies to support business growth
- Reporting & Compliance
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets within set timelines
- Provide management with timely updates on market trends, competitor activity, risks, and client feedback
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reporting standards
- Post-Sales Engagement
- Maintain ongoing engagement with clients during and after implementation
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Strengthen client loyalty by positioning RealSoft ERP as a long-term business partner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, software, or IT solutions (UAE market experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into tailored solutions
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license preferred (for client visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
