We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Civil Engineers to join our growing team. We have openings for Senior Engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Lead site planning, resource allocation, and scheduling of construction activities
- Review and approve technical drawings, structural designs, and BOQs
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients for project coordination
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for management
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality regulations
- Handle billing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Troubleshoot on-site technical and execution challenges
- Ensure timely procurement and quality control of materials
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural design, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and other relevant software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience managing residential/commercial projects preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
