Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-ins and counsel parents regarding preschool programs
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
Maintain and update leads in CRM
Support marketing activities such as events, campaigns, and tie-ups
Coordinate with the Centre Head for smooth admission processes
Key Skills: Strong communication and counselling skills Good follow-up and conversion ability Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel Target-driven and proactive approach
