Job Title : Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints promptly.
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
Enforce health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
