Job Summary
The Referral Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and corporate organizations to increase patient referrals. The role focuses on expanding the hospital's referral network, improving patient acquisition, and strengthening the hospital's brand in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals.
- Visit healthcare professionals regularly to promote hospital specialties and services.
- Generate patient referrals for departments such as Cardiology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and General Surgery.
- Build partnerships with diagnostic centers, pharmacies, ambulance providers, and healthcare organizations.
- Coordinate with consultants and department heads regarding referral opportunities.
- Conduct health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, and community outreach activities.
- Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, insurance providers, TPAs, educational institutions, and NGOs.
- Track referral sources and maintain a referral database.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and referral reports.
- Resolve referral-related issues to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Work closely with the admissions, front office, and billing teams to improve patient conversion.
- Achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Hospital Administration is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, or referral marketing.

Pay: ₹9,026.75 - ₹50,000.00 per month
