Makhija Power is hiring one District Head for every district across India to lead the expansion of our EV charging network.
As the District Head, you will be responsible for identifying suitable properties, onboarding partners, and coordinating EV charger installations within your assigned district. You will work remotely from your own city while building the EV charging infrastructure in your region.
Compensation (100% Performance Based)
- ₹1,000 Commission for Every Successfully Commissioned EV Charger
- No Fixed Salary
- No Investment Required
- Unlimited Earning Potential
- Earn ₹1,00,000+ Per Month
- No Cap on Earnings
The more chargers you successfully commission, the more you earn.

Your Role
As the District Head, you will lead the expansion of Makhija Power's EV charging network within your district.
You will work independently from your city and act as the official representative of Makhija Power for EV charger expansion in your district.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable locations for EV charger installations.
- Meet business owners and property owners.
- Explain the benefits of installing EV charging infrastructure.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate site surveys with our technical team.
- Assist in documentation and approvals.
- Coordinate installation activities.
- Ensure successful commissioning of EV chargers.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners.
- Expand the charging network throughout your district.
- Submit regular progress updates.
