Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Monitor daily site work, track progress, and maintain schedules.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Team Coordination: Assign tasks to laborers, direct subcontractors, and lead field meetings.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it matches blueprints, building codes, and project specifications.
- Site Documentation: Keep daily logs, record material use, and write incident or progress reports.
- Problem Solving: Resolve on-site conflicts or delays and report major issues to project managers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10 + YEARS Proven work experience as a supervisor or in a similar construction role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
