Office Hours: Mon-Sat 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday & Public Holidays off
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Office Operations Executive to manage day-to-day office activities, provide excellent client service, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, share, and print virtual office agreements after client approval. Get notarization done and email scanned copies. File originals at the office.
2. Maintain updated customer data sheets, GST approvals, and track 100% renewals with timely follow-up.
3. Collect post/couriers from the office/post office/courier centers and handle client queries/requests.
4. Ensure compliance with MCA & GST regulations. Visit the GST jurisdiction office when needed, submit documents, and resolve queries with officers.
5. Assist with client onboarding and setup.
6. Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and collaborate with the team to resolve client issues.
Requirements
1. Fluency in English + Telugu. Minimum Moderate Hindi preferred.
2. Proficiency in MS Word + Excel for typing and data sheets.
3. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Knowledge of GST/MCA regulations preferred.
6. Prior experience in office admin/operations/customer service preferred.
