We are looking for a reliable Full Stack PHP Developer who can take ownership of our core platform and help us gradually scale our systems.
You will be the primary developer in the team, so this role is suited for someone who is comfortable handling both backend and frontend work, making improvements independently, and working closely with the founder on priorities.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, improving, and maintaining real systems — not just writing isolated code.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Maintaining and improving our existing PHP-based driver & fleet management system
- Building and improving APIs for GPS tracking, video systems, and third-party integrations
- Supporting and integrating features with Flutter mobile apps (driver app)
- Working on Zoho CRM integrations, automations, and data sync
- Fixing bugs, improving performance, and ensuring system stability
- Adding new features like:
- Driver shifts & job management
- Maintenance & service tracking
- Compliance workflows (checklists, documents)
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable PHP code (Laravel / Core PHP / CodeIgniter)
- Handle both backend logic and basic frontend UI updates
- Manage database structure (MySQL) and optimise queries
- Build and maintain REST APIs
- Integrate third-party tools (tracking systems, CRM, etc.)
- Communicate progress and challenges clearly
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years experience in Full Stack PHP Development
- Strong understanding of backend + API development
- Good knowledge of MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience working on live/production systems
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Flutter apps (integration or basic development)
- Experience with Zoho CRM (APIs, Deluge, workflows)
- Understanding of SaaS platforms or subscription systems
- Basic knowledge of hosting, servers, or deployments
