- Khana banate waqt proper hygiene ka dhyaan rakhna.
- Kitchen aur equipment ko hamesha saaf aur maintain rakhna.
- Tandoor, gas aur cooking equipment ko sahi tarike se chalana.
- Khane ki quality, taste aur presentation ko maintain karna.
- Food items ko sahi tarike se store karna aur wastage kam karna.
