About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and possess domain knowledge in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support deployment, testing, and release management activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Comfortable working in Night Shift (11:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST)
