EXECUTIVE – ADMIN
We are looking for a proactive professional to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure
smooth facility management.
The Job:
- Responsible for handling overall administrative activities and office operations.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services.
- Ensure proper record maintenance of admin-related documents and assets.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and visitor management.
- Support internal teams for administrative requirements and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
The Person:
Essential: Should have hands-on experience in administrative functions and office management.
- Possess a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Administration / Facility Management
- Good knowledge of vendor handling and office operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
