About the Role : We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Cosmetologist to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of skin, hair, and body treatments and be passionate about delivering results with excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Treatments : Perform advanced skin treatments: Hydra facial, Chemical peels, Perform laser treatments: Laser hair reduction, Laser toning, Pigmentation lasers.
Perform body contouring treatments: Laser Lipolysis, RF, Cryo, CavitationAssist doctors during injectables and advanced aesthetic procedures
2. Patient Consultation & Care : Conduct skin and hair analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans. Counsel patients on pre and post-treatment care. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction during all procedures. Handle patient queries and follow-ups professionally
3. Upselling & Branding: Educate patients about skincare, haircare, and home-care products. Promote clinic offers, packages, and loyalty programs. Maintain a professional and aesthetic clinic ambience.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Dermal Therapy, or related field
Experience: 1-4 years in an aesthetic clinic preferred
Certifications: Training in lasers, RF,and other aesthetic devices is a plus
Skills: In-depth knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and treatments.
Good communication and consultation skills. Customer service oriented with a pleasing personality, Comfortable working with targets and CRM
