We are looking for a motivated and service -oriented professional to join our team as a Sale cum Customer Care Executive. The role involves engaging with customers , promoting books /services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operations. Candidates should be adaptable, have computer skills, and possess a basic understanding of theological studies.
Responsibilities:
*Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and service-related concerns
*Promote books and contribute to sales targets.
*Handle customer communication via phone, email, and in person.
*Maintain and update records using computer systems.
*Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
*Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience in sales and customer service.
*Proficient in MS Office and basic.
*Theological knowledge.
*Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
*Polite , professional and customer - focused attitude.
