Job Summary
We are looking for an Automation Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working with automation and digital content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into automated workflows and processes.
- Work with structured data formats and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain scripts for process automation and data transformation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support digital content creation and publishing workflows.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with stakeholders regarding project dependencies and deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, or similar).
- Experience working with structured data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in digital content publishing, workflow automation, or content pipeline processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe InDesign.
- Exposure to publishing technologies, content management systems, or automation tools.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration and process optimization.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
