Job Summary
The Service Manager role at Mechelonic Engineers bridges technical field operations and client relations. The manager oversees the team handling the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of resistance welding equipment, while managing customer accounts and technical sales support
Key Responsibility:
- Leading and supervising a team of engineers across India responsible for the maintenance and repair of machines and electronic controls/PLC & drive panels.
- Setting processes and maintaining critical spare parts for machines.
- Assisting manufacturing and engineering teams to implement machine changes.
Key Relationships and Operational Requirements:
- Working on predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Frequent interaction with production and design teams.
- Interacting with service engineers to provide training on new equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Maintaining essential documentation, including user manuals, machine maintenance files, and daily work logs in ERP system.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A Diploma with 10–12 years of experience, or a Degree with 7–8 years of experience in the machine tool industry maintenance sector.
- Experience in leading a team of engineers or technicians.
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
