Role Summary : Admission counselor
The core function of this role is to counsel propective students and/or their parents about the institution's offerings and to successfully convert these leads into final admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Admission Counseling & conversion: Interacting with prospective students and parernts to provide ibnformation about courses, programs, and the institution. Effectively convincing and converting these prospects to take final admission.
Brand Building (Face of the Institution):
Acting as the primary representative of the institution. Creating a positive goodwill and brand perception by sharing accurate informatiobn and promoting admission plans.
Tele- calling & Database Management:
Creating and mainting a database orf prospective students. Conductintg tele-calling to reach out to potential students. Ensuring follow-ups via calling, mailing, and other means to nurture leads and secure admission.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Admission Counselling: Ability to effectively communicate and guide prospects through the admission process.
Persuasion/Conversion: Strong skills in convicing prospects to enroll
Reletionship Building: capability to build trust and a positive image
Communication:
proficiency in using tele-calling and mailing for outrerach and follow-ups
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
