Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Senior Wedding Film QC Editor someone who can think like a Creative Director, communicate like a Project Manager, and maintain the quality standards of an international post-production studio.
Your responsibility isn't to edit every film.
Your responsibility is to make sure every film leaving our studio is worthy of our clients' trust.
Your Responsibilities
- Review wedding films before final delivery.
- Ensure every project meets premium quality standards.
- Make sure every project is delivered before the deadline.
- Analyze client feedback and identify the real expectation behind every revision.
- Record clear revision instructions for editors.
- Approve projects only when they are truly delivery-ready.
- Maintain consistent communication with editors throughout the production process.
What Makes This Role Different
Our clients come from different countries.
Every filmmaker has a different style.
Every couple has different expectations.
Some clients prefer emotional storytelling.
Some want luxury.
Some want fast-paced cinematic films.
Others want documentary-style storytelling.
Your job is to understand what this specific client wants, not what you personally prefer.
Quality is not your opinion.
Quality is meeting the client's vision.
Communication Requirements
You must have excellent English communication skills.
Most client feedback will be provided in English, but many revisions will also come through voice notes, Loom videos, WhatsApp recordings, and written feedback in languages such as:
- Hebrew
- Italian
- French
- Spanish
- Russian
- and other European languages.
You are not expected to know these languages fluently.
However, you must be comfortable using AI translation tools to accurately understand both spoken and written feedback, then clearly explain those revisions to our editors without losing the client's original intent.
Availability
- Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM (IST)
- Continuous work is not required, but you must remain available.
- Maximum response time: 30 minutes.
Reliability is a non-negotiable requirement.
Selection Process
Every shortlisted candidate will receive three real client projects.
These projects may include feedback in:
Your task is to:
- Review each wedding film.
- Understand the client's expectations.
- Identify every issue affecting quality.
- Record a Loom video explaining:
- What should be changed.
- Why it should be changed.
- How the editor should implement those revisions.
This assessment is designed to evaluate your creative judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage international-quality projects.
Compensation
Starting Compensation:
₹10,000/month
This is only the starting point.
