Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Education Sector)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a sales team in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high team performance through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student enrollments
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training
Handle key client interactions, including students and parents
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities (school visits, seminars, events)
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector
Prior experience in team handling or leadership role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
