Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible candidate who can handle back office operations, client calling, and customer support activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should be multitasking, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both backend and frontend communication.
Key Responsibilities:1. Back Office Operations:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Handle data entry, reports, and MIS preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Manage emails, file management, and documentation.
2. Calling / Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to clients/leads for follow-ups, updates, or sales support.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
3. Customer Support:
- Address customer queries via call, email, or WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about services/products.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
- Relevant experience is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email handling).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
5. Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate (any stream).
- Relevant experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
