Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical
Experience: 0–1 Years
Industry Preference: Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Automation Industry
Job Description:
We are looking for a Testing Engineer for Panel Quality Testing with basic knowledge of electrical panels, wiring inspection, and quality testing activities. Candidates with #ITI or #Diploma in Electrical are preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and inspection of electrical control panels before dispatch
- Checking panel wiring, components, and connections as per drawings
- Performing routine electrical tests such as continuity, insulation, and functional testing
- Identifying faults and coordinating with production/assembly teams for corrections
- Ensuring panel quality standards and safety compliance
- Maintaining testing reports and documentation
- Supporting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) activities
- Reading electrical drawings and panel layouts
- Ensuring proper labeling and checking of instruments/components
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical panels and components
Understanding of electrical drawings and circuits
Knowledge of multimeter, megger, and testing instruments
Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and work on shop-floor activities
Preferred Knowledge:
MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, and Automation Panels
Panel wiring and quality standards
Industrial electrical safety practices
