About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining company services, and maintaining healthy client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company IT services/products.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain customer database and call records properly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings/demo sessions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Comfortable with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller/Customer Support/Tele Sales Executive.
- Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
