Lead a team of inventory and warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
Responsible to hire employees, create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and know when to replenish stock.
Ensure updation of ERP when stock is received and shipped out.
Must ensure that accurate records of supplies, products, and materials are maintained.
Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to forecast demand and align inventory with business goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, shrinkage, and stock turnover.
Oversee all raw material warehouse activities including receiving, storage, sampling,issuance, and dispatch to production.
Ensure accurate material identification, labelling, lot traceability, and proper segregation as per regulatory and safety requirements.
