About the Role
The Founder's Office sits at the center of the organization.
As a Founder's Office Intern, you won't be limited to one department or one function. Instead, you'll work directly with the Founders on strategic priorities while gaining exposure across business development, operations, finance, recruitment, execution, and organizational management.
Every week will be different.
Some days you'll be preparing investor or partnership material. Some days you'll coordinate hiring, improve internal processes, analyze competitors, manage operations, or support leadership in executing high-priority initiatives.
This is a high-ownership role designed for candidates who want to accelerate their learning curve and understand what it takes to build and scale a technology startup.
What You'll Do
Business Development
- Research prospective clients, strategic partners, and market opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through multiple outreach channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate meetings and manage business communications.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
- Maintain CRM pipelines and business records.
- Support customer relationship management activities.
Founder's Office
- Work directly with the Founders on strategic initiatives.
- Support execution of cross-functional business priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business documentation.
- Track project execution and follow up on key action items.
- Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
Operations & Administration
- Support day-to-day business operations.
- Maintain operational documentation and business records.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Improve internal systems and administrative processes.
- Ensure timely execution across multiple projects.
Recruitment & People Operations
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Finance & Business Administration
- Maintain operational expense records.
- Coordinate invoices, quotations, and vendor documentation.
- Support accounting documentation and financial record management.
- Assist with compliance and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with finance for business reporting and record keeping.
Who We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or final year) in:
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Management
- Marketing
- Economics
- Finance
- Operations Management
- Or a related discipline
- Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or work experience in Business Development, Startup Operations, Sales, HR, Operations, Recruitment, Customer Success, Administration, Project Coordination, or similar roles will be preferred.
- Candidates available for the entire 6-month internship will receive preference.
