Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Designer with strong AutoCAD experience to design and develop event layouts, exhibition booths, stage setups, and experiential spaces. The candidate will work closely with the creative, production, and client servicing teams to convert concepts into accurate technical drawings and production-ready designs. AutoCAD proficiency is a key requirement for producing precise layouts and fabrication drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts for events, exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activations.
Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, stage layouts, elevations, and fabrication details.
Create 3D visualizations and presentation renders (preferred).
Coordinate with production, fabrication, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility.
Conduct site surveys and take venue measurements when required.
Revise designs based on client feedback and production requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with venue regulations and safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends in event design, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Good understanding of event fabrication, stage construction, and exhibition structures.
Excellent visualization, space planning, and technical drawing skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in event design, exhibition design, experiential marketing, or architectural drafting.
Experience in live events, exhibitions, corporate events, or retail activations is preferred.
Preferred Profile
Experience in creating technical production drawings for vendors and fabrication teams.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, or experiential design projects.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
