Prime UAV Pvt Ltd is a leading drone service provider specializing in agriculture, forestry, vector-borne disease control, surveillance. We work with government agencies, municipal corporations, and other public sector bodies to implement drone-based solutions for various projects.
Job Purpose:
To manage inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, website, Google SEO leads, and other digital platforms; qualify prospects; maintain CRM records; and schedule meetings for the Sales Team. The Pre-Sales Executive will act as the first point of contact between Prime UAV and potential clients, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales and Operations teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Handle and respond to inquiries received from IndiaMART, company website, Google SEO, and other digital platforms.
● Call and qualify incoming leads to understand requirement, location, budget, and urgency.
● Maintain proper data entry and lead tracking in CRM system.
● Assign qualified leads to Sales Team and fix meetings (online/offline).
● Follow up with prospects until meeting confirmation.
● Coordinate with Sales Team for lead updates and status tracking.
● Coordinate with Operations Team for basic feasibility inputs when required.
● Maintain daily lead report and submission to Management.
● Ensure no inquiry remains unattended beyond defined TAT.
● Support digital lead management and response quality improvement.
Qualification:
● Graduate in any stream
● MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
Required Skills:
● Strong communication and convincing skills
● Confident on phone calls and follow-ups
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM data entry
● Good coordination skills
● Target-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
● Basic understanding of digital inquiries and online lead platforms
