- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational procedures.
- Participate in the development and refinement of operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with change management processes and documentation standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system stability and security.
