Executive/ Sr. Executive – Human Resources
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to support business hiring requirements. The key focus areas include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the role will involve contributing approximately 25% towards HR operations, including complete employee lifecycle management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and support manpower planning
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / recruitment trackers
- Manage job postings across platforms
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Pay: ₹15,115.27 - ₹40,291.45 per month
