Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final inspections during fabrication.
- Verify dimensional and visual parameters as per drawings and QAP.
- Support in maintaining calibration records of instruments.
- Coordinate with production team and report inspection findings.
- Prepare inspection checklists and assist in IRN documentation.
- Report NCRs and support corrective actions.
- Assist in welder qualification and weld quality inspection.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
- Key Skills:
- Observation and detailing
- Team coordination
- Quality reporting
- Basic technical communication
- Technical Knowledge:
- Basic fabrication and welding knowledge
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Basics of QMS and quality standards
- MS Office and basic ERP knowledge
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
- Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- NDT Level II preferred
- Experience: 2–4 years in QA/QC role in fabrication or heavy engineering industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
