Position : Marketing Assistant
Reports to : Marketing Manager/Head
Location : Mumbai
Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years of Experience
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any field
Preferred Qualification : Marketing course or Diploma
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)* :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / basic graphic design tools like CoralDraw / Adobe InDesign
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred) ** : Experience in the field of marketing of capital goods / industrial products / analytical instruments
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Marketing Manager/ Head on the below mentioned marketing activities
- Preparing and managing marketing collaterals – Product Guides | Corporate Brochures | Application Newsletters | Organization’s magazines
- Social Media Marketing – Content creation; Posts and Re-posts
- Running Electronic Data Mailers (EDMs)
- Event management (Exhibitions, Road Shows, Product Launches & Seminars)
- Database management
- Website management
- Lead management, compilation & sharing with sales team
- Coordinating with vendors involved during various marketing activities
- Inventory management of marketing items and collaterals
- Experimenting/using various AI tools & identifying opportunities where AI can improve content creation, automation, and analytics for marketing activities
- Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Assist in managing correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
