Position Overview
AquaTech Foundation Ltd Inc is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and strategically driven PR Lead – APAC Region to spearhead public relations, strategic communications, lead generation collaborations, and brand positioning initiatives across the Asia-Pacific market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-impact media outreach, institutional partnerships, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and APAC-level business visibility initiatives while ensuring measurable lead generation outcomes aligned with organizational growth objectives.
This is a high-performance target-based leadership role requiring exceptional communication capabilities, relationship management expertise, CRM operational proficiency, and strong execution skills within fast-paced corporate ecosystems.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Public Relations & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute APAC-focused PR strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
- Lead regional media outreach campaigns, digital PR activities, institutional collaborations, and corporate branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, universities, corporates, industry associations, government bodies, and strategic stakeholders.
- Create impactful press releases, corporate communication materials, thought leadership content, executive statements, and event communication strategies.
- Represent the organization in conferences, summits, networking events, webinars, and strategic partnership discussions.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication standards across all APAC operations.
Lead Generation & Business Growth Responsibilities
- Generate qualified institutional and corporate leads across APAC markets through PR activities and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Drive collaboration opportunities with educational institutions, enterprises, startups, innovation ecosystems, and industry partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual lead conversion targets defined by the management.
- Develop strategic outreach pipelines for partnerships, sponsorships, training collaborations, and ecosystem expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with business development, operations, and leadership teams for revenue-oriented growth initiatives.
- Maintain strong conversion ratios through relationship-driven engagement strategies.
CRM Management Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms with accurate lead tracking, stakeholder databases, communication logs, and conversion records.
- Ensure systematic documentation of all PR campaigns, institutional interactions, partnership discussions, and lead statuses.
- Generate weekly and monthly CRM analytics reports highlighting:
- Lead generation metrics
- Conversion performance
- Outreach efficiency
- Campaign effectiveness
- Stakeholder engagement trends
- Monitor lead nurturing workflows and follow-up cycles to maximize partnership closures.
- Coordinate CRM automation processes for communication workflows, engagement tracking, and reporting structures.
