About the Role (3 months with potential extension)
We are building a modern mobile-first SaaS platform for landlords and tenants in Ontario. Looking for a strong React Native developer to own the mobile app (iOS + Android + Web) for the initial MVP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality mobile features using React Native (TypeScript + Expo)
- Build core flows: tenant onboarding, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance requests (photo uploads), inspections, notices & compliance
- Integrate with AWS backend (Lambda, SQL, Cognito, SNS, S3)
- Use AI tools (Cursor/Claude/Copilot) daily as accelerator + rigorous code review
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and deliver clean, tested code (80%+ coverage)
Requirements
- 4+ years strong experience with React Native + TypeScript
- Solid Expo, React Navigation, TanStack Query experience
- Experience integrating mobile apps with AWS services
- Comfortable reviewing and improving AI-generated code
- Good English communication for remote collaboration
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
