Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Creative Content to lead content planning, storytelling, and brand communication across digital platforms. The role involves managing content creation, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility through impactful content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Define and maintain the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
- Lead and mentor content writers, copywriters, and freelancers.
- Oversee creation of website content, blogs, social media content, video scripts, and marketing campaigns.
- Continuously update and optimize website content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Product teams for integrated campaigns.
- Track content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Manage content calendars, workflows, and editorial guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, or Creative Writing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
- Experience managing content across multiple platforms.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling content.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Portfolio showcasing content campaigns, articles, website content, or brand storytelling initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
