Identifying, screening, and hiring the appropriate number of workers (skilled, semi-skilled, or unskilled) for the client's needs.
Ensuring all workers receive proper safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE), and confirming that all operations comply with local labour laws and regulations.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the workforce and the client to resolve disputes
Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate with clients and manage worker grievances.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
