We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our CRM systems while also leading a small team and coordinating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications.
- Work on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs), and Aura components.
- Optimize and manage SOQL & SOSL queries for efficient data handling.
- Handle Salesforce data migration tools for seamless data transfers.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in client/stakeholder communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
- Strong expertise in LWC, Apex development, and Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data migration tools.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications (PD1 required; PD2/PD3 preferred).
- Prior experience in team handling or mentoring junior developers.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client/stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
