**Role Overview**
Spazioliv is looking for proactive and execution-focused **Project Executives** to manage residential interior projects from site handover to final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality and customer satisfaction.
** Key Responsibilities**
**Project Coordination**
* Coordinate end-to-end execution of interior projects.
* Ensure project milestones are completed as per schedule.
* Monitor daily site activities and progress.
**Site Management**
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
* Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and contractors.
* Ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
**Vendor & Material Coordination**
* Follow up on material deliveries and installations.
* Coordinate with sourcing and vendor partners.
* Ensure material availability as per project timelines.
**Customer Management**
* Act as a point of contact for customers during project execution.
* Provide regular project updates.
* Address site-level concerns and escalations promptly.
**Quality & Handover**
* Conduct quality checks at every project stage.
* Ensure snag-free project handover.
* Maintain execution standards as per Spazioliv SOPs.

Requirements**
Experience
* 1–4 years of experience in Interior Execution / Site Coordination.
* Experience in residential interior projects preferred.
