GGH has embarked on a transformation journey to become a digital, technology enabled, customer-centric, data and insights-driven organization. This transformation is evolving our business, strategy, core operations and IT solutions.
This role is responsible for defining the foundations - technical architecture, standards, and governance - required to deploy and scale AI across the organization. Although part of the Planning, Data & Analytics team, this role will operate enterprise‑wide and collaborates across business, technology, and product domains. This will be the first of its kind in the organization, requiring someone with proven experience to build the proper foundations.
Tasks & Responsibilities include:
Design end‑to‑end AI architecture - supporting both traditional ML and LLM‑based solutions - covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development and evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and integration into enterprise platforms. Architect complex agentic AI use cases, including multi‑agent orchestration patterns and cross‑system automation Collaborate with solution architects, data science, data engineering, and software development teams to define scalable, secure, and reusable technical patterns and reference implementations. Evaluate emerging AI platforms, frameworks, and cloud-native capabilities to inform long-term platforms and architectural strategy. Partner with information security, risk, and data protection teams to assess technical risks, ensure compliance, and mitigate AI‑specific vulnerabilities. Review and validate AI-enabled features in off‑the‑shelf and SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards for security, model lifecycle management, and data governance. Participate in AI idea‑intake, prioritization, and portfolio evaluation, providing architectural insight and feasibility guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-10 years of relevant experience.

MS Office, SAP, Workday, Teta

Relevant certifications in Data Management, AI/ML, or Cloud Platforms strongly preferred.
Competencies required:

Proven experience deploying and operationalizing multiple AI/ML solutions in production environments.

7+ years in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, software engineering, or cloud architecture; experience with Azure AI/Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and LLMOps/MLOps pipelines.

Knowledge of data science techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, feature engineering, clustering, classification, evaluation methodologies) and proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain) etc.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and modern API‑based integration patterns.

Understanding of AI governance, prompt engineering, ethical considerations, and model safety practices.

Ability to lead architectural decision-making, influence stakeholders, and align technical solutions to business needs.

Strong communication skills and experience translating complex technical concepts for senior business and technology leaders.
